The Challenge?
Moldovan audiences are particularly vulnerable to Kremlin-sponsored disinformation. False narratives are particularly common in Russian-speaking areas. The media sector is relatively small, and training is underfunded.
Solution: Targeted messaging and creative copywriting; strong visuals; written in a conflict sensitive way, careful to avoid stoking up culture wars. I flatplanned and wrote this, having hired the designer and developed a visual brief. Currently working on the campaign to make sure it gets to the right people.
